The summer-only sweets buffet "Botanical Garden Sweets" will be held from Sunday, June 1st to Sunday, August 31st, 2025.The theme colours this time are green and yellow.Enjoy a glamorous summer tea time with sweets made with luxurious seasonal fruits such as melon and mango in an open space where natural light pours in through the large windows.

[Whole melon jelly]
"Whole Melon Jelly" will be offered as a pre-order bonus.This luxurious dish uses melon for an impressive appearance, and you can enjoy carbonated elderflower jelly, cold vanilla ice cream, and even melon pulp.You can enjoy the juicy sweetness of melon to the fullest.

Melon soda turned into small jellies.The bright cherry accent and the fizzy, carbonated jelly will tickle your inner child.*Available only in the first half from June 1st
・Melon Charlotte
Charlotte is a light and fluffy cuillère cake filled with white chocolate mousse.The melon topping adds a juicy sweetness.This is an elegant cake shaped like a lady's hat.
・Citrus Fromage Blanc
The mousse melts in your mouth and has a refreshing sweetness that blends perfectly with the flavors of citrus fruits.This is a cute, round dish.Lime will be used during the first half of the sweets buffet period, and lemon will be used during the second half.
・Honey mousse
A smooth mousse made with acacia honey mousse.The passion fruit and orange jelly on top adds just the right amount of acidity to the sweet mousse.
